Welcome to issue

Winter has arrived
at Person College! Recently, the Island had its first snowfall and
the students received the snow with enthusiasm. Unfortunately, the
College was snowed in and the weekend kitchen staff could not get
on campus. However, our industrious students organized themselves
to cleaning snow off walkways and preparing food for the campus.
Wayne, the Pearson College's Head of Maintenance, also came to the
rescue with his snow plow and cleared Pearson College Drive. A big
thank you to everyone!
The winter season
also signals the end of term at the College. The students have been
busy with end of term projects and exams. As well, the students
have been looking forward to a well deserved break over the holidays.
Preparing for
exams has not been only thing on the minds of Pearson students.
The current economic crisis has been a topic of importance here
at the College, which you will see in the articles of this month’s
issue of The Link. |
