As I end The Link tonight in the wee hours, I give you a wave of farewell in the form of snapshots from this evening. Bored with me as I glued myself to the computer screen, my beloved husband Theo decided to amuse himself (and others!) by making fresh bread for our Victoria House. Mmmmmmm...... The smell! And as it came hot out of the oven, the number of students in our family grew and grew ... Candidates for adoption drifted through the door! The musicians in the background here entertained us and earned their slices of bread.

And below we sing Happy Birthday to Anbjorg from Norway, who does not know at that moment that her friends are planning a party for her to start about fifteen minutes later.
And so, my dear readers, I leave you for tonight with the reflection that life here is never empty and never dull.

If all goes well, I expect to be back with the next edition on Friday, December 2. Until then, I wish you health and happiness, wherever you are in the world.
